What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

Meltwater, a pioneer in media intelligence, offers companies the benefit of knowledge to remain ahead. Meltwater's multimedia analytics is used by over 30,000 organizations to maintain billions of online discussions and to obtain insights into efficiently managing their branding. Many times our tracking by Meltwater reveals a news article or social media problem that we should be alerted of. While we have other assets, Meltwater captures it a lot, so we may utilize the tool to assist us to grasp the extent of what we observe.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Engage, the social networking tool and the news aggregator. I have an encounter with a nice user. The UI itself is pleasant and user-friendly. The information collector may easily be configured using a fresh search and search edits if something else or a change happens. I am not just a tool user, but when they join a Communications team I also educate new staff. The simplest tool with which we need to instruct people is Meltwater by far. Interact may be easily posted.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't see many drawbacks to the tool from now on. It would be good for Meltwater to include its external analysis in the initial pay service, but I am not convinced if our existing subscription can be included. It's a good platform otherwise. Our agent is always ready to assist.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have to avoid persons impinging or pretending to be you on your copyright or your good reputation, you must have this instrument, since it informs you of whatever that is stated and done (on the global Web). I tried to utilize some of her other instruments, but Meltwater's business stakeholders are by far monitoring the worldwide business discussion. That's really amazing and I recommend using Meltwater for all types of social management.

Unlike most products in it's category, Meltwater offers AI driven social media management and monitoring features making it the best for business. It makes connection with business social media clients easy

I like that Meltwater is modern - AI inspired The software is easy to use The software is multipurpose The tool is affordable despite being very capable

I cannot think of Any flaws as Meltwater hasn't disappointed yet

If you have business social pages, then you need Meltwater for better monitoring and management
