What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

Meltwater allows us to manage the favorable content of our products and help us to reach and collaborate with our clients most easily and in a favorable manner. They help us to categorize the content which makes it very easy for us to handle and save all of our data and information easily and we can find the data and content easily whenever we need it. We can easily analyze the data and information so that we can easily form reports with every detail and information for our projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can easily make it a part of our daily lives and can handle every little aspect of our projects and workplaces. To send massive and lengthy emails it is a very comfortable platform that makes it easy to share emails easily and also provides us the opportunity to review the emails by our clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very complex sometimes to organize customer data with every detail and we have to invest a lot of time and sometimes money to organize a database which is very hectic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Meltwater for those who manage favorable content for their products and want easy categorization of their data.

What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

the program is better than others, because it offers good customer support and is also very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The program was simple and even entertaining to use. The account and support teams were always open and eager to discuss and reveal upcoming new features. MAP was used widely for event and crisis monitoring, as well as product and market research. Heartbeat was also licensed. Heartbeat assisted us in monitoring important product markets and our influence within them over time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, the user interface was not as intuitive as previous products I've used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a fantastic tool! In the event that you are continually monitoring and making reports, this is the tool for you
