What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

The main benefits of this program are its visual appeal and ease of use, which have been quickly adopted. We have increased customer engagement, gotten closer to the audience, and significantly improved the connection thanks to real-time monitoring, analysis, and listening on social networks. The use of keyword filters has allowed us to quickly and accurately discover specific tweets and comments, streamlining and simplifying our marketing team's work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without leaving out any information, we use Meltwater to keep track of what's happening in the company's social networks, which works well. Design-wise, it's a user-friendly application with fantastic social media management, analysis, listening, and real-time tracking capabilities. This software has tremendous versatility, and it also helps us to better listen to social networks, get to know our customers, focus on what matters most, and gather data to make more strategic decisions. The final reports produced by this tool are excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have yet to find anything about this program that I don't like; I have loved using it, and it has given me excellent results. Everything goes perfectly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main reason for choosing Meltwater was its ability to listen to users and be attentive to social networks. It was acceptable and vital to start showing more empathy to the audience. I have no hesitation in recommending this tool because it allows us to monitor, collect and analyze events from various social networks in one place. We highly recommend it.

What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?

Meltwater actually tracks complete media for you about you and even your competitors which makes it super cool. They also focus a lot on RSS feeds which the majority of tools don't do. If you have Meltwater you can track each and every activity happening on the internet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing about Meltwater is the sentiment analysis which it creates through its Artificial Intelligence Other features which are cool about MeltWater are > Very good reports > Access to Twitter's firehose > Exporting Functions > Filters

What do you dislike most about this product?

> UI/UX is a little bit complicated > Worst thing about Meltwater is their support > Some glitches in the tool

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a real good tool to track the complete media and do sentiment analysis about your product but the product isn't 100% stable. So if you're looking to go through the hassle of talking to their support you're more then welcome to buy this tool Features wise it is amazingggg
