It serves as our all-in-one dashboard for monitoring social media and customer reviews across various channels and marketplaces, enabling us to track the global presence of our consumer electronics brands.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We conduct global social media monitoring from both owned and non-owned sources to collect posts, blog posts, and articles that mention our brands. We use this tool extensively to monitor customer reviews on e-commerce marketplaces in the USA, Mexico, Europe, and India, including sentiment analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In 2023, features have not evolved significantly due to the acquisition by Meltwater and the consolidation of tools. Setting up and monitoring articles related to customer reviews remains challenging. We continue to face noise challenges with social media monitoring due to the common names of our brands.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool offers unique features for monitoring your brand on both social media and e-commerce marketplaces. It provides valuable insights, especially if you manage a global brand. However, if you have a common brand name or need to monitor 500+ products, please exercise caution.
