Melissa Data Quality Suite is an all in one software Deploying and using it is easy It comes with great data security features which makes validation easy

While being resourceful is a plus, lots of features makes it not easy to use

What differentiates Melissa Data Quality Suite from other similar products?

We have seen a great improvement in the quality of our lead database since we have had the help of this software and its tools. Automatically, the system verifies and corrects the information of the contacts we have in the database, saving us a lot of time in calling out of service numbers or non-existent emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software is very easy to use and intuitive, so we can easily make use of its tools. The software can detect disposable and unwanted mails, it also performs authentication or data checking in real time, which helps us to speed up our customer search work much more. It is a cloud-based software, but it can also perform data verification with the contacts hosted on our computer. The integration with different software, especially Excel, is allowing us to be much more productive in data verification of our entire database.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I have found everything excellent about the program, but if I had to add some cons, it would be that if you have a large database of customers to verify, you could be overwhelmed by the way the system organizes them, because the screen feels very overloaded, but it is only a personal opinion. But I have found everything very easy with the program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform is best suited for detailed browsing and filtering, allowing users to examine specific records that meet or do not meet the criteria and how they relate to each other. It also helps to look at past work and compare changes in quality, providing more context than just point values. The suite helps transform data, ensure quality and automate data pipelines, allowing you to work with data at any scale. It provides multiple new ways to analyze, prepare, and channel data. It helps transform and deliver usable data for insight and analysis, and iteratively monitors data quality as the data pipeline evolves.
