What differentiates Melissa Data Quality Suite from other similar products?

The quality of data cleansing, updating and standardization are amazing. While there are more robust solutions available for a significant price premium, the ability to use the suite on-demand with minimal or nor IT involvement required cannot be matched. The additional features, like deduplication and data enhancement, have made Melissa my platform of choice for over 10 years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interactive address correction is the killer feature for us. We can get very close to perfect results using this approach.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing. When we expanded into other countries, we were delighted that Melissa had solutions for these markets as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You need to try the product. Having worked with address files and data cleansing for over 25 years, I have not found a service like Melissa that delivers faster results with extremely high quality and ease of use for a very reasonable price.
