What differentiates MeisterTask Business from other similar products?

MeisterTask is a great platform for the correct administration and a wide visualization of all kinds of pending tasks and activities. One of the things that differentiate MeiterTask from other platforms is that MeisterTask offers a more up-to-date service, which works in real time and allows all activities to be reflected at the exact moment, without any delay, the status can be viewed current status of each activity and determine a fulfillment and completion for each of them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite aspects of MeisterTask is that I can organize all the tasks in a simple way in a calendar that has a shared visualization with all my work team, I can plan the delivery of each activity for an exact day so that we can all be aware of the exact delivery of each activity. I think this Shared Calendar system is perfect because it helps us get organized and helps us keep abreast of exact delivery dates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My negative criticism about MeisterTask is that their mobile phone app needs to be improved. I consider that its version for computers is completely optimized, has a fairly fluid operation and the information is updated in real time, however, the App for mobile phones takes much longer to process the information and reflect it to the user, which means that it does not you can have a real time display.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The reason I would recommend this platform is because it offers a service that very few platforms currently offer, operating in real time. I would also recommend it because it is a fairly simple platform to handle, in just a few steps you can have perfect task management and you can achieve a perfect order with all the colleagues in a work area. MeisterTask is fast and safe to process all activities.

It has a set of functions that are more robust and flexible that is also very adaptable since it can be customized. The truth is that it provides a more pleasant space to work when it comes to being able to have a place that constantly helps me keep the projects on track without overloading the work since everything can be handled in an organized way within MeisterTask.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can create, section, customize and assign tasks to different people in my team within a project very easily. I like that I can keep track of tasks and measure performance of them. This platform keeps us more organized by improving the workflow, and I can also use MeisterTask both personally and professionally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My current problem with this platform is that I cannot update the tasks directly from the calendar, it would be very useful to have that function since I would not have to update the calendar every so often, it is a bit tedious to get used to working like this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You would recommend trying MeisterTask with a small equipment or personal daily use so that it can adapt to its practical functions and understand how to take advantage of this platform. Since it has an interface that is not difficult to understand, it may take little time to understand and know how it works.

What makes MeisterTask different from other task management platforms is that this particular platform works in real time with the exact synchronization of all pending tasks and all tasks that have been completed successfully, in this way, My entire work sector can stay active doing all kinds of pending tasks, at the exact moment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that MeisterTask allows me to communicate with my team in real time and that we can share all kinds of information instantly. MeisterTask offers me the ability to communicate openly with my entire work team, to share ideas and develop all kinds of strategies to complete our work. I consider that MeisterTask offers me a simple but very complete interface, with which I have been able to have a complete visualization of all pending tasks within my work area, and thus be able to have an organization together with my colleagues to be able to complete each of these.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only complaint regarding MeisterTask is about the system of inviting colleagues by mail in order to complete some work. This system offered by MeisterTask is very little used by us, because it gave us a malfunction, the emails in my cases were not sent to the recipient, which meant that we never received a response from our work colleagues. The option to communicate to colleagues through this function to complete some work, offers a malfunction, I would not recommend using it. Currently we send these emails manually, to prevent MeisterTask from offering us a bad email delivery.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MeisterTask is a platform that manages to bring together all types of employees in a single area to work together. Its operation is extremely simple, it allows the user to work together without having to make complicated configurations or resort to complex working methods. This platform works in real time, allows open communication for all types of companies. This platform has been really beneficial for our sales sector, despite the malfunctioning of its system for sending emails to colleagues, I still consider that many of its functions have achieved perfect teamwork. MeisterTask has allowed us to organize ourselves as a Sales Team, to be able to complete tasks much more quickly. MeisterTask has offered us excellent communication in real time, a notification system to notify us about all the pending tasks and it has also helped us a lot in visualizing a comprehensive status of the progress of each pending task. I'm very grateful to MeisterTask for being present in our Sales area, it has made it possible for us to work as a team in a much easier way.
