With MeisterTask you can correctly account for the work time of each employee and individually view the performance of each employee, you can consult tasks done by each employee, projects developed, task delivery rate and much more, it has complete reports where you can understand the performance of each employee. It offers immediate notifications, every time I assign a new task my employees receive a new alert which helps to increase the completion of tasks. New documents and files can be shared and work together online with the help of MeisterTask.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free version of MeisterTask does not allow access to important integrations for online collaboration, which makes this version of MeisterTask very useless, as it also does not allow you to assign as many tasks as in the paid version. Internet connection within each device that employees use is essential, as this will allow monitoring of assigned tasks in real time, otherwise, MeisterTask does not collect any progress on these tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My main recommendation considering MeisterTask is that new users should use an optimal plan of this platform, since as I mentioned before, the free version will not be to everyone's liking and that will probably cause people not to be interested in the functions of MeisterTask, but users should not be guided by this very limited version, using a paid version will optimize the results in task assignment without a doubt, it is a very complete platform.

In addition, with MeisterTask you can see automatic statistics and complete analytics on employee performance in their work sector depending on the tasks completed, make comparisons between an employee's previous performance and current performance, which helps to understand the growth in the individual and general workforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With MeisterTask you can manage all types of tasks for any sector of the company, whether for the marketing, sales, finacne, product or project sectors, there are no limits on the number of tasks you can assign to different employees simultaneously. Another thing I liked is being able to monitor employee performance in real time from any device, I can know if an employee has completed a task, if they have delivered it without delays, if they haven't completed a task, absolutely everything I can know in real time. Employees can also exchange tasks and work together with the help of MeisterTask.

What do you dislike most about this product?

MeisterTask has not given me any failures since I started using the platform, I have been using this service from more than 1 year as the main method to manage all the tasks that are necessary in my company, all employees perform their tasks with the help of this platform and stay up to date with all assignments on a daily basis thanks to MeisterTask. I haven't presented any negative things.

I recommend that all employees devices be correctly integrated into the MeisterTask platform, this will help you to monitor the work environment of each of them in real time and you will be able to know the behavior of each one in the assigned tasks, real-time monitoring will only be done if you correctly connect and integrate all the devices that employees use to work.
