The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

A+ for ease of use, too much for small businesses.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Mediaocean from other similar products?
MediaOcean is considerably easier to use than other suites, some of which are fairly intuitive in their own right. If you're looking for flexibility, MO is the way to go. There is nothing, to my knowledge, quite like it. It's the combination of flexibility and ease-of-use that sets it apart.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A lot of people (wrongly) assume there's a tradeoff between performance and accessibility. Software like MediaOcean proves this is not the case. You can have an extremely powerful platform that you can, with a little effort, wrap your head around.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Setting up can be hard without a dedicated IT person, and even though they make it all as simple as it can be, your employees will need some training to make use of all its features. It's certainly not ideal for small business, and I don't believe they have any plans that cater to smaller outfits.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Carefully evaluate your needs, your budget, and your willingness to learn.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Saves Time
- Respectful
