What differentiates Mediaocean from other similar products?
Main difference is the amount of features and crossover between different departments that can integrate into one system (traditional media, digital media, and finance/accounting)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When working, favorite aspect is how all departments can interact on the same and different campaigns, and also how it can import orders from cable networks
What do you dislike most about this product?
Still seems to be some back-end glitches that become roadblocks in our day-to-day. After we were trained, began using the product and started running into issues, it always seemed like there was either one more small step that isn't widely know or had to be a fix on the back-end. That interrupts the flow of work, and makes it frustrating when you're trying to get things done (planning, buying, billing, invoicing)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the training seriously, try to gain as much hands-on experience as possible, and make sure a process is setup to resolve issues/glitches when they arise.
