What differentiates McLean Employee Engagement from other similar products?
McLean Employee Engagement knows what they are doing. They have tested their product, developed processes and make it very easy for the end user to use their product. They won't waste your time with unnecessary meetings and the meetings they do hold always add value to your understanding and experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the expertise that is provided with the product. I know that the survey is based on sound understanding of best practices but I'm still able to customize for my organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that I can think of.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is more than just a survey. McLean provides tools and resources to act on the information you are gathering to actually improve employee engagement at your organization. We've continued to see improved results as a result of the tools provided by McLean that we put into action.
