What differentiates Maximizer CRM from other similar products?
Ease of use. For me, adding new companies and contacts are major features. Also, ease of tracking calls with prospects. That's what's most important.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When preparing a letter for making a mass mailing, the editor is cumbersome. Once you know how it works, it works but it's cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They have a good number of local resellers. I'd would connect with one of the resellers, because they could guide you through the implementation and taking your old information and loading it into Maximizer CRM.

The platform is very intuitive easy to operate, and you find relevant applications or information in an effective way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited capabilities, especially in making proposals/quotes with graphics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are an entre/mid-level size company, Maximixer could be a great fit. If you need better marketing integration, you should look for some other options.

What differentiates Maximizer CRM from other similar products?
The price and the fact it hasn't increased at all for me since I started 8 years ago. Very reasonable & consistent customer service and price.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Super simple if you want it to be, more complicated if you want it to be. It is for all users at different levels & can be more than just a CRM, it is legit a marketing tool if you want it to be.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it relies on a solid internet signal more than I have depending on if I am on the road. Saving through the outlook integration is really important to our practice and in order to do that quickly, tethering off a phone etc. can be a slow process. Good WIFI signal is important when saving & uploading files. On uploading files, the maximum of 10 at a time can be annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is Vancouver based, I trust Canadian based products more than anything, give it a try before going outside to find something a little cheaper, the price is right on this.
