I like that Mattermost is affordable yet no compromises on features and capabilities. The software is very flexible The software is reliable Using Mattermost is easy

Everything has so far been working well and therefore no issues to list here

You can never go wrong with Mattermost when it comes to collaboration. It is reliable and affordable

we can make video calls we can make audio calls we can create desired groups supports integration with other applications

If you want to have a application which is good at integrating with other applications , then this is one of the best one to have . Apart from this it can be used as effective tool for chatting in any organization

What differentiates Mattermost from other similar products?

Security level involved, the way it can integrate with other applications is another best things about this product , ability to chat with anyone in the organization is another good feature it has (chat service , file transfer , video calling option) These days Mattermost is improving itself to stay strong in market. I see many people are moving towards this product because of the promising features it is offering to customers/clients . It support for mobile and web application is another thing which makes it to stand different from others .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its feasibility to integrate with other applications like jumpcloud is one of the impressive feature i liked it and also it support for mobile and web application is another great things about it .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Video calling functionality needs to be improved a lot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are on a verge of making a robust system in you organization and want to have a promising chat service which will will serve your requirements , then Mattermost if one among them. Range of quality features it offers is also a reason for recommendation, some of them are file sharing , chat service , integration ability. Not all products offers all these.
