What differentiates ManageEngine Applications Manager from other similar products?
When it comes to server management, real user monitoring, APM insight, RUM Website and database monitoring, ManageEngine Application Manager is the best-in-class tool in the entire Applications Performance monitoring market. Also, the general customer service for this Application Manager package is excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has aided in the optimization of how we use our applications, cutting down on both our cost and revenue outlays. It provides real-time input, allowing for speedy identification and correction. It monitors system health, alerting us to potential problems and giving us information to act pro-actively to resolve them. I can block in real-time using ManageEngine's proactive application issue detection, event notification, and event notification features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The alarm status in AppManager does not change visible when an alarm is acknowledged, making it impossible to distinguish it from other alarms that are still pending attention. There isn't a by device event log in ManageEngine. Both the web interface and the user interface need to be upgraded.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For our business, ManageEngine Application Manager is a very helpful tool. With the help of the information provided by AppManager, we are able to identify network problems promptly and fix them. The application manager is excellent; it satisfies all monitoring requirements for DCs, servers, and services and assists us in creating a corporate uptime dashboard.

What differentiates ManageEngine Applications Manager from other similar products?
Their is a long way to go for Manage Engine Application Manager to challenge established Vendors in this space. Not an AIOPS and enterprise grade product for large scale enterprise. Features are basic with limited control

Lack of customization features Lack of Event Correlation Feature Incapable to integrate most industry leader products Highly Unstable Frequent Bug Fix Basic Features also fails
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For Small Scale Enterprise its a good to go product with less price and minimal maintenance overhead.Not fit for Large scale Enterprise
