What differentiates Mailjet from other similar products?

Mailjet is a tool that is available at relatively low cost. Its affordability with such features is attractive for the users’. The dashboard is pretty intuitive and simple to manage. The templates that it offers are very nice. Already available data is useful along with efficient customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailjet has an interface that is very easy to use. It is simple to comprehend by the user. It further offers free trial to the user that encourages the user to try this software and get familiar with the features. It consists of 5 languages in its interface that is convenient for users to understand. It offers a variety of template options as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This software offers the pricing plan that is little pricy in case a person misses any emails. This causes to add amount into the bill. The option of editor might lag at times which agitates the user while working. The transactional SMS features is difficult to understand. Documentation is not much impressive as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mailjet needs to work on its documentation feature. Need to improve the options and quality as well. The efficiency of editor needs to get better. More options should be added to the feature of segmentation that would enhance the users’ experience.
