Looks easy to use, but not optimized

What differentiates LumApps from other similar products?
This service is unique in the market, combining some primary everyday used services in a single platform, really good idea, and it works sometimes. Must be easy to work and collaborate with, but in fact, it's not so easy as demonstrated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Collects my regular services in a single dashboard, For example, I can view and create emails, see my current calendar, review job information of the company's new hires, and use internal communication service from the same page, without switching to each platform separately.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform UI is not optimized (for example, the widgets aren't so large and can't contain all necessary information in a single look, you need to scroll down every time) A third-party company processes the service implementation (additional legal&security reviews, time spending, not synced between current service and mother company, etc.) Additional cost for Implementation out of the main contract, in the first look, the service cost based on seats is very cheap. Still, when you understand that the implementation during 3-6 months will be processed by a third-party company, with additional cost, the total price becomes expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A detailed review of the contract and terms. Add two months for implementation planning. Add real information and integrations in the demo version to review and understand the whole function of the product
