Admin control is easy is take comparing to other remote control tools in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Deployment of scripts is my favorite which automatically changes in end user computer and it saves a lot of time and productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike.

What differentiates LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo from other similar products?
This product is very user- and support-friendly in my opinion. Our primary purpose for it is providing assistance to our customers, and it meets all of our requirements in that regard. The "calling card" function, one of their newest additions, was a brilliant idea because it allowed customers to ask for help.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In addition, there are technologies for support agents to work together and assist one another when dealing with a user. Whenever I was stuck on a problem and needed a second opinion, I would turn to this method. LogMeIn Rescue is great since it simplifies what was often a simple repair.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In general, I haven't had many problems when using LogMeIn Rescue. Everything feels solid and works as intended. As I said in the top review, Rescue is ideal for our needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to connect with customers remotely and assist them with any problems they may be having. Using this app, we can communicate with users and give them more permissions so they can perform more complex system activities. If we can access our system remotely, we can either fix any problems that arise or collect the data we need to do so right away. In the past, we had to either send the entire equipment back or travel to the client's location to fix the problem.

What differentiates LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo from other similar products?
Rescue is the new remote desktop and laptop management software we've adopted to handle our coworkers' computers. The software's ease of use blew us away, and everyone on our team picked it up quickly and easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If you require administrative access to a remote computer, rescue software is your best bet. It includes a comprehensive set of features for remote troubleshooting and software installation, updates, and patches. Rescue enables us to remotely access users' machines and fix any problems that may arise. Our IT staff relies heavily on this program and uses it on a regular basis. Everything necessary to execute our jobs is included in the feature suite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's awful that each session time limit in Rescue software is so much shorter, as our team has trouble working well under such strict constraints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Login, network, and other workplace problems plague workers daily. It is impossible to resolve the problems by going to each individual computer. This can be done remotely by rescue software without affecting the quality of the work.
