What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In order to give us the business intelligence we need to manage our company and understand what has to be done, what's working, what isn't, etc., Dundas integrates our back-end data with data from other sources, such as our Salesforce instance and other tools. The creation of a dashboard only requires the creation of a SQL query and the selection from a drop-down menu.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing major to worry about! I've spent more than a year evaluating other systems, and by far, this is the most user-friendly, attractive, and cost-efficient device available! As it meets our needs perfectly, there is nothing that I would change.

Any company or user would benefit from this product, in my opinion. It is very cost-effective and will greatly increase business efficiency! You can navigate the system and understand its logic to become familiar with it very quickly and without any problems. It fits you and your company the best.

Integration ability, this software is easy linked and intergrated with other data holding softwares and this makes it easier to get data and create a presentable format of the same data

Nothing really, I have not encountered any issues with this software

This is a software to help you create an organises may of handling data in your company,it uses AI to generate useful company information and provides security for the same,dont leave this one behind

Everything within Dundas may be customized, allowing users to give charts, graphs, as well as other statistical data the simple or luxurious appearance they choose. Reports may easily incorporate programming languages like JavaScript, Python, PHP, etc. to carry out a variety of dynamic operations that might be challenging to accomplish in the BI tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The abundance of pre-programmed graphs and charts and the extensive API help users get started quickly. We may entirely change the UI and produce extensively customizable reports thanks to coding freedom. With my old BI system, a number of built-in features are missing. I really enjoy the comparisons across different time periods that we had to push our previous solution to make.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it takes so long to locate the entire attributes tab of each type of visualization, the complexity of the options for each visualization could be disliked. For novice users, there is a high learning curve, but once the creation procedure is understood, it is incredibly smooth.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The app's appearance is what first attracts people to it. Making visualizations is quick and easy, and they look nice with minimal tweaking. In terms of price, value, and versatility, Dundas seems to be the best option in our opinion. Also, their sales and support staff excelled throughout the process.
