What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

Dundas BI is extremely flexible allowing me to create exactly the reporting that I need without having to make a compromise. I have not seen the same amount of flexibility and options to customize in any other tool. When I create reports with Dundas BI and users ask me if something is possible I can always say yes. With other tools I have been using I run into a dead end and am not able to deliver exactly to my requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without a doubt the flexibility it provides but also the competent and passionate team that stands behind it supporting us every step of the way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing on the top of my head. If there are issues we face we are in direct contact with the Dundas BI technical team helping out and also consider out feedback for future releases. I have seen multiple times features being included in new releases that I mentioned would help us to the Dundas BI team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need an enterprise BI tool that allows you to fully control and centralize your reporting without having to compromise Dundas BI is the tool for you. In our case we also use it to embed Dundas BI into our own platform, here Dundas BI really shines with its open architecture and APIs. I would recommend to try out the tool using their free trial and work with the Dundas BI team to get you set up. Then you can get a feel for the tool and decide if it is the right one for you.
