What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

There are so many things that I found adorable and unique in DubdasBi 1. A very useful feature for designing views is the drag-and-drop functionality. 2. The ETL is also fantastic; it's simple to use and, for more experienced users. The collaboration function of Dundas BI is essential, and my favorite feature is the data-driven notification option that may send an email when a certain statistic falls below a certain threshold.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like so many things so certain aspects are given below. 1. Creating dashboards and visualizations is quite simple for us. 2. The scorecard, a type of repeating panel, is excellent. The report is a fantastic feature that turns DBI into a complete BI tool and makes it unique from other similar competitors' tools. Data-driven notification improves the usability of the experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't much about this tool that I don't like, but if I had to pick something, I'd say the complexity of the options for each visualization, as it takes a lot of effort to discover everything on the properties tab.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dundas BI is quite effective, that is the basic need of your organization. I personally like it because our reports have been moved to Dundas. It is capable of strong Dashboarding. I also appreciate the layering function of the dashboard because it makes it simpler to show and hide items. In comparison to the other big competitors and technologies in the BI industry, it is considerably more affordable.

What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

In search of the perfect tool that meets all of our requirements, we failed before using it because one or more of our key requirements for our BI solution were not met by the other products. All were encountered by DundasBI that I adore about it. 1. Ability to update the dashboard in real-time 2. Flexible seat kinds and inexpensive license 3. Built-in ETL 4. Excellent customizability and versatility without the need for coding.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its highly helpful and strong feature is the security feature using a custom attribute. We required a self-service BI solution that would cover the dashboards and use cases for manufacturing operations. Dundas has to offer native ETL and links to numerous dissimilar data sources. Despite this, it offers real-time refresh capabilities. The last need was that it has to be inexpensive and scalable to fit the footprint of our worldwide operations and it is the only option that checked all of these boxes was Dundas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a small learning curve but it's not quite easy to learn. Additionally, we must wait until the following major (annual) version for a remedy if I encounter any bugs or other problems, which is a really bad thing about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe if your data comes from several sources, Dundas BI is a necessary tool for you. It is necessary if you wish to display data in an attractive and simple way in addition to this you can automatically send reports in various formats. Our main need is to give our wide base of members access to real-time data, which Dundas BI satisfies extremely affordably.

What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

I would cite date handling as a key differentiator - all the metrics are built in for intelligent day, week, quarter, year. Also the data cube designer is easier for me to use than Power BI. Dundas also allows for for compound table joins.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The business results and time-savings for end users based on the dashboards created are very significant. I love saving big blocks of work hours formerly wasted working in and with Excel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Remodeling an existing dashboard structure or underlying data cube to metric set can be a challenge to keep connected. The error messages are cryptic and require Tech Support to translate (not in US English).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Personally, if you tried Power BI, you'll be pleasantly surprised and rewarded with the ease of use of Dundas on many facets, including security and appropriate access to confidential information which is cleverly done in Dundas!
