My favourite aspect about LiveChat's ChatBot is its easy and great integration between bots and human agents which enhance the user experience and make customer support more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

LiveChat's advanced customisation and AI features can require a learning for those who want to maximize its capabilities.

Here are some recommendation from my side about LiveChat - Use the pre-built templates to get started quickly, Take full advantage of its seamless handoff between chatbots and human agents, Maximize your reach by deploying the chatbot across multiple channels such as your website, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and more And do not forget to test your Bot regulerly.

What differentiates LiveChat ChatBot from other similar products?

The Livechat chatbot has strong language translation capabilities. This has ensured that it is able to respond to customers on our website, even when they are not chatting in English language. Chatbots ability to do this has saved my department money and simply increased our customer engagement capability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to recall past conversations between our customer service agents and a customer or sales prospect. This is a very valuable part of this chatbot for my department, as it helps to make engagements with customers feel more natural.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the early days, we used to experience downtimes. However, the last time this happened, appears so faraway now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For teams seeking to aid their human customer service or engagement agents, Chatbot is one tool to consider.

What differentiates LiveChat ChatBot from other similar products?

I think the mainstream messaging app integration is the best of all the softwares we reviewed. I feel that it is the most efficient when it is able to seamlessly be a part of the conversation so simply, as opposed to some other software programs where it is not as easy to integrate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think the connectivity to Mailchimp. We had worked on other solutions in order to effectively connect what we already used within the boundaries of our company, and this product just made things super easy for us to implement and use. I was really impressed by it!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think I mentioned the fact that I need it to sound more like our voice. I think it limits what we can say in such a way that we find ourselves responding using vernacular that you wouldn't associate with the people interacting as part of the business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend making sure it is something that will work for you, and make sure you gather input from the people who are going to be managing this thing to make sure their comfort level is there when using the product.
