Offers great customer customer and the cloud portal has enough redundant servers so that it can take on additional loads without any downtime making it very reliable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It supports multi platform enabling users to view the learning from a wide range of devices

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface needs to be updated to make it in relevance to today's design language
