Follow ups on your pending things is a great feature

Nothing so far as per its functionality. Still in process of fully discovering the software

For small scale business it is perfect blend of a CRM. I would highly recommend to Entrepreneurs to manage their activities

Nothing really. Quite happy. I have made suggestions and some have been or will be implemented in future releases.
