Userbility and maintainability of the product. Simple user interface and and availability of password management by one identity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product allows encryption and decryption. Availability of factors of authentication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Availability of a password generator and vault for each user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is a reliable password management software I highly recommend it for small and medium organisations.

Enterprise offerings are nice and I really like the browser plugins and the logging that does exist currently

Multi-device funtionality

Their breach a few months ago

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you get this, get it for everyone, not just a handful of people. Password Managers should be for all employees, not just a handful of team members.
