What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

I think the ease of use coupled with the continuous improvement and responsiveness to user feedback makes this a superior product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a great way to automate our internal processes that eliminate paper forms and has accountability and ease of use for all end users

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much to dislike. There are some quirks like any software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this to anyone.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Laserfiche is extremely cost effective for small local governments that may not be able to invest large sums. The product is easy to use both for the administrator and the end users. The capabilities and functionalities are far reaching and have completely changed our internal operations, creating measurable efficiencies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflow automations is extremely helpful in many ways, but also being able to manage records and searching is very efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, Laserfiche is great. We just wish we had a bigger team to use this even more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product that can change and modernize an entire organizations. This is so much more then records repository and management!
