Laserfiche's robust workflow capabilities to be particularly appealing. These features enable me to automate repetitive tasks, streamline business processes, and improve overall efficiency within my organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Theres not much to dislike about Laserfiche!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest beginning with a gradual implementation, focusing on 1-2 departments initially. Identifying champions within these departments to spearhead the project can help smooth the transition, as resistance to change is natural and requires time to overcome.

Small IT footprint. Easy to use. Business gets control instead of IT.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Building business processes using Laserfiche Forms and Workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are bugs here and there that could be fixed. Most of the time, there is a workaround

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You don't have to automate everything. Do a thorough analysis before moving forward with a project.
