What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Their customer service is friendly, professional and typically speedy. They also provide a LOT of online training and webinars, and a fantastic annual conference! Continually innovating and growing in the features they offer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Data searchability and automating business processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Doesn't integrate with as many other applications as we would like.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learn all you can about the options and decide on the product that best fits your needs. Overall, we're glad we went with Laserfiche!

Laserfiche offers excellent ways to onboard new clients and access to company documents

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Submitting forms and paperwork to my service team. Also having the ability to store client information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the product. It serves all my needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend they work with someone at Laserfiche to get a true tutorial of everything the company offers.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Laserfiche has so many diverse capabilities to improve both effectiveness and functionality of everyday tasks in the workplace. By using Laserfiche, our company has decreased the amount of time spent filing records, waiting for email replies to move forward with tasks and projects, and improved the overall rate at which tasks are completed, which has in return, allowed our employees to have more time to be proactive rather than reactive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Laserfiche is the ease of use and its ability to be completely customizable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to choose something that I disliked about Laserfiche, it would be that it is so inclusive of records management, workflows, processes, etc... that it does take a while just to learn what all this software is capable of.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are SO many resources provided by Laserfiche to learn what all this software can do, don't be afraid to use them all!
