What differentiates KORONA POS from other similar products?

The big difference is the unique blend of cloud features with the perks of having a local pos that can run on standard equipment. If I need another lane for the holidays, I can do that in 10 minutes with a windows laptop. It also saves us time when it comes to doing tasks that used to take hours. Receiving orders used to take 3-4 hours of hand keying every day; now it takes 10 minutes to import and check using a file the distributor gives me. We used to count once a year cause we would have to close, but now we can count every day and the system keep up on it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the cloud portal. All those tasks I used to have to sit in the office to do, often took a long time because of interruptions. Now I can do them at home, at the coffee shop, or wherever. I don't have to call in to check sales anymore. And the QuickBooks export tool is really cool as well. I've never seen one that can export to QB online.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So, it does bundles ok. And it does mix-and-match ok, so that covers the beer table. however, it isn't really easy to create items that break down. For example, I HAVE to buy beer by the case; of which there are 4 six-packs. In order to make a new item, I have to make the single for the beer table; then create the case item so I can receive it, then create the six-pack item, so I can sell that way. It would be easier to create one item and say "It comes in a 24-pack, 4x six-packs, and 24 singles.". It also makes me count the number of singles, not the number of six packs or cases. Would be great to say "I have 12 cases and 4 singles" instead.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do It! This is the first one I've come across where you can call in and say "Hey I had this come up. How do I..." and they actually have an answer before hanging up with me. This thing is so dynamic and I love that I didn't have to buy any extra hardware. They had no issue with just using my existing stuff. It has all of the same features, just in different places.

What differentiates KORONA POS from other similar products?

I have have only used Korona so it is hard for me to know. But some shops here use Square, and I think Korona sounds like it is much better than that. But I do not know the difference in cost between the 2

easy to use and to train others to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

That is struggles at times to work with Como

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo it against other options for ease of use and reporting capabilities. Understand the support your will get form each different application. to Date Korona support ha been Very Good. (which is so important in a retail business where you only have 2 terminals. They need to work.

Easy integration and customizable with Magento partners made changing software easy- and customer settings is over the top!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly - the POS is very intuitive which makes training super easy!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There really is nothing I dislike- but I would like more color options for buttons! :)

It is easy to use, highly integratabtle, user friendly with the customer service to back it up’
