What differentiates Konami SYNKROS CMS from other similar products?

I enjoy it's breath of systems and ways to collect data or implement guest related service functions such as Tournaments or Drawings. It is intuitive and it's service teams have always been able to help with any questions I've had. Overall I would say it's a good Customer Relationship program for a casino.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Specifically I would say how intuitive it is in terms of implementing Tournaments and Drawings. In addition, I particularly like the help options as they are expansive and easily accessible to the product user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's layout, perhaps this a bad criticism, but it's visual layout is boring and drab I think. It's very simplistic in terms of where tabs and individual inputs are laid out, but there a lot of them, and sometimes it can be hard to parse through tabs that relevant versus ones that aren't. Several functions have almost identical windows and do almost identical functions. So in my opinion I would condense many windows in order to help reduce the redundancy in different tabs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say if you want an easy to use incentive implementation software, Synkros is a good workhorse. I learned very quickly how to use it and it is very intuitive to use for even beginners.
