Very easy to use and navigate. Updating is simple.

Limited formatting, not easy to post a PDF to an article, it has to be a link or use coding.

What differentiates KnowledgeOwl from other similar products?

When I was testing/selecting a KB service, I had tested a number of other products and none matched KnowwledgeOwl's search algorythm or level of support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support is bar none.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to find a better way to integrate our branded articles than using an iframe.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give the product a try.
