What differentiates KnowledgeOwl from other similar products?

We found KnowledgeOwl to be adaptable allowing us to use the knowledge base to fit our exact needs which is to primarily provide marketing and sales material to our resellers. Their team have always been happy to help whether its a support request or advise on the best / most optimum way of setting up our content.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, embedded content and support for download links.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Have to break out to source view in order to embed pdf files but this is by no means an issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Knowledge Owl team are very experienced, have a chat with them before you dive in as they will provide you with some good feedback on how to best lay out your KB and content.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive and easy to use, but whenever I've had a question for support they've responded quickly with great suggestions how to handle a problem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing to dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask for a demo and ask all your questions - I'll bet they'll amaze you with their enthusiasm and knowledge, and you'll find they can handle anything you might need to cover.

What differentiates KnowledgeOwl from other similar products?

The application has some limitations but is an excellent value and the support is also excellent. Knowledge of HTML is helpful to manipulate content, but there is enough preset modules and formatting that are perfectly fine.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cost and support

What do you dislike most about this product?

As an Admin, my lack of HTML and coding prevents me from doing more with this application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Read through the training and support content. Engage someone in your organization with HTML and coding background to help build your content. This is not a requirement, it just allows the client to manage and format the content to their own style.
