What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?
It's an excellent security awareness training and simulated phishing platform that greatly help organizations to manage the ongoing problem of social engineering. It's training programs provide a comprehensive new school approach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It effectively test the employees and network with Iat security tools to identify the problems to spear phishing and ransomware attacks. It has an intuitive navigation design that takes minimal time to deploy and manage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It effectively provides us with dynamic risk scores assigned to users, groups and the entire organization hence no dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It efficiently integrates baseline testing using mock attacks, interactive web based training and continuous assessment through simulated phishing, vishing and smishing attacks for a more resilient and secure organization. It effectively empowers organizations to deliver a personalized simulated phishing experience to every user.

Galvanizing for allowing user to use their own branding. Ability to calculate risk based on user performances. Customization of content in regards to company operations and user positions. Amazing with performance tracking.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Interesting how it's effective to calculate risk based on user improvements. Test both system and user capabilities by sending spam emails. Spectacular with assessment scheduling.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Excellent to manage schedules for assessment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes very impeccable with risk calculation based on user improvements. Cater for all the system ensuring one is enough for the company. Outstanding with scheduling for assessment.

What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?
This is a great multidiverse platform, great for training and holding security testing, i believe the number one tool is training your user, and this is it. recommend to everyone who is needing to have your user trained and aware of the security risk out there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Training and being able to see the dashboard of who has taken trainings and who hasn't. Additionally being able to hold test and see if people entered information or opened emails they shouldnt have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes the program wont sync with our user group, or disconnect and not tell you its not syncing. Additionally our email filter will catch most of the emails and not work during the testing
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Work down the pricing, and have the most features you can build into it, hold trainings for yourself to better know the bits of the program
