It's been so simple to set up, control, and improve our online sales operations. Kibo eCommerce is a feature-rich, cloud-based platform created to give B2C and B2B retailers and brands the flexibility to meet customer demand for personalized experiences while also delivering the adventures that they want. As a component of the Kibo Unified Commerce Platform, Kibo eCommerce utilizes the same resources as other Kibo products, saving time and facilitating upgrades.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate how adaptable and connected the API is because it allows our developers to design the essential business logic. To help our business, Kibo provides top-notch tools and site scalability abilities. We can get what we need when we need it. We are attempting to determine which eCommerce solution best suits our company's requirements. Kibo can handle a lot of the business logic we have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We had a sizable amount of open files, such as problems and change requests, but Kibo was aware that this was a problem. We were able to make significant progress on that backlog because to some organizational changes made to their customer success operations and better communication.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good, user-friendly application that enables many e-commerce-related activities. It is used effectively and without any problems by several retailers all over the world. Excellent account management and customer support. We adore how straightforwardly this platform is used.
