What differentiates Khoros Social Media Management from other similar products?
Khoros integrates seamlessly with every single digital channel, where-in our product has got a presence. From standard social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik tok to online review and communication platforms / customer engagement platforms like Facebook reviews, Google business messages, and even Google playstore. This has enabled my organization to better align our online digital footprint and activity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Personally, I am in love with the quality of resources which Khoros makes available to users. From webinars that we are always invited to join as users, to guides , tipsheets and ebooks on its resource centre. Including case studies of businesses who are maximizing the Khoros social media platform to manage their social digital presence. Khoros makes it possible for my team to continuously to stay abreast of newer ways to make use of the platform to the actualization of my organizations social media brand presence.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On a few occasions , the analytical data provided by Khoros around our user engagement on social media has turned out different from those we get from our respective social media accounts. While these differences are not significant, it will be nice to get better drilled down analytics from the Khoros platform to effectively analyze the reason for the differences in statistics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My personal take is that Khoros does a good job of synchronizing and aligning my departments social media strategy and I believe this should resonate across teams looking to adopt the platform. I will however not recommend Khoros for small teams who do not have a presence across multiple social media channels or platforms.

What differentiates Khoros Social Media Management from other similar products?
Khoros strong team collaboration is one of its strongest point for me. My team conveniently utilizes the Khoros social media management platform's collaboration toolsets like its shared planning space, in-app notes, content centre and real-time email notifications to efficiently coordinate team effort across all our social media accounts , connected to Khoros. Being able to coordinate our social media management efforts has enabled us respond to leads and queries on all of our social media platforms with lightening speed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the quality of Khoros analytical data , when it comes to my organizations brand interaction on the Tik-tok social media platform. For every of our Tik-tok video campaigns, Khoros provides us with easy to understand , detailed analytical data that has ensured that we are better connecting with our Tik-tok audience better than we were doing before adopting Khoros. More importantly, it has led us to make less use of Tik-tok's traditional data analytics provisions, which has proven overtime to be limited , since it only covers the number of likes and views.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the occasional glitches experienced when putting draft holds on my content calendar and with its multi-post scheduler feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will always recommend that teams do a trial run before adopting a new software product , especially for important operational areas such as social media management. This enables them determine how much Khoros fit into their needs and identify potential pitfalls too.
