What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
I haven't found a solution like Keap that does all in one management of the marketing to your clients and ties in your leads.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead management stands out as well as being able to plan the campaign and the path our leads take.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost per seat seems very high but I have yet to find a solution that does what it does as a single product so maybe I need to evaluate what I think is high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
try before you buy, ask for a demo. Make sure it is right for you.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
Keap is one of the resources we have leveraged the most in my organization; it has helped us to simplify our workflow abysmally and has solid marketing and sales automation capabilities that save us a significant amount of time altogether; on the other hand, the ease with which we can design and send email marketing campaigns is astonishing. No tool saves us more time, energy, and money than Keap; it benefits us a lot with everything it brings to the organization regarding marketing and sales.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Keap is that agile and robust software that goes hand in hand with sales, marketing, and finance teams; in my organization, it is used as a commercial backend. It is easy to understand good at managing tasks and sales flow. Keap is loaded with many valuable features for customer relationship management, sending campaigns, for scheduling appointments and reminders, among other things. Keap is that all-in-one tool that every organization should have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software is good; it has many features, so you will probably encounter a learning curve. On the other hand, the order forms and shopping cart could be improved; they are fundamental.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Keap is an agile and robust tool for marketing and sales that every organization should start counting on, it has features for almost everything and is not difficult to use. For invoicing and payment collections, it is also quite effective. Give it a try.

IT works well, but difficult to administrate

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
Keap does have an Omni solution, from lead management to client management. They can email clients, leads, and provide billing automation with one solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The billing automation is probably their best feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The administration of work for clients is incredibly difficult. When building a project flow for a client everything is based on time delays, not predecessors, this can be difficult to manage and report on. If an event occurs I can trigger a work item to go to a person or group, but I cannot see what work is set to go to any person or group, so change management can be a nightmare.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are small and need an end-to-end solution for lead and client management, this is the software for you. Once your business grows, you will find that Keap does not scale well.
