What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
Well established online CRM platform with marketing tools. We use keap to manage our customer database. we did email marketing, lead generation, internal forms, email templates and automated campaigns and more. It is the best and worth it. because, everyday they are trying to give the best experience. it provides regular updates with many new features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer support was very helpful for the staff when they joined. Not only for the staff but also for the management who provides timely support. I would like to recommend Keap CRM for any business. Clearly without hesitation. At first it will be difficult to adopt a new system. but when it comes to Keap, they will help you get there without any problem.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maybe more email marketing options although it is optimal, it does not have many tools and lacks updating; I would like to mention that there should be more tutorials/guides and onboarding trainings for users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Automation of all the different Services needed to operate a small business. CRM, phone, in-app/desktop text, email, scheduling, quotes, invoices, online store, payment gateway, Keap is everything you need to run a local business. It's great for helping disorganized entrepreneurs and small business owners simplify and set up their contacts, conversations and customer experiences for quick and easy follow-up.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
Keap is a very complete tool that manages and improves communications with customers and potential customers, it integrates with our phone and several other applications that we use, it has many personalized reports that provide us with valuable information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We like that it has the ability to Custom Reports, it allows us to automate almost all customer interactions, it tracks potential customers, it allows us to run automated Marketing Campaigns, the easy-to-use task management allows us to trigger different automations depending on the objective of task completion.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the campaign module is a bit complex and it takes time to learn things, add email formatting, add more templates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its unique Campaign Builder provides an easy visualization for your automation and helps you know what questions to ask support if needed.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
My entire company now uses Keap. We are able to manage our pipelines, communicate more efficiently through campaigns, and broadcast to and organize our client database by using tags and groups. It has helped us streamline our connection with leads and clients through the use of campaigns, made it easier to provide quotations for large groups of people with the use of targeted broadcasts, and eliminated a lot of wasted time thanks to the use of answer templates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To the point where it is now fundamental to our method of assisting clients, we can't imagine doing without it. After evaluating their current business software, we identify any superfluous or costly programs and help them transition to Keap in their place. Using Keap, we can assist them in transforming their mentalized business strategy and procedures into repeatable, standardized processes that benefit both their customers and their bottom line.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We need more control over how the appointment tool handles availability settings. Despite this, I can easily maintain my current workflow by use KEAP in tandem with other systems thanks to the numerous accessible integrations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By assisting them in automating and efficiently following up on tasks, Keap allows them to free themselves from the endless to-do list. We also demonstrate how to utilize Keap's task list to keep track of non-automatable jobs and keep an eye on approaching due dates.
