What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

Keap is an essential part of the business. The functionalities of Keap are used by many of our clients with much success. The marketing automation is by far the most robust option that we've worked with. The inclusion of sales pipelines for sales teams, lead scoring, and task list automation are also essential components. We have implemented Keap integrations for hundreds of clients from a variety of industries. The system is able to handle hundreds of thousands of contacts without issue, multiple campaigns, robust segmentation strategies, and integrates well with Zapier to connect it to other third party applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The campaign builder is one of the best in the industry and allows for clients to create very robust marketing campaigns. Whether it is an onboarding campaign for a membership program or a long therm nurturing program for a real estate agent. The system provides best in class functionality for building automated marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like the reporting could be made more visual. Although there are third part platforms such as Graphly that can integrate with Keap and provide data visulaization there should be better data visulaizations within the Keap Dashboard. The reporting is lackluster and could use to be re thought and brought up to standards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If cost is a concern consider how many users must be in Keap since they typically charge for additional users. Think through campaign automations prior to building them and perform adequate testing. If you have complext systems to create within Keap seek out an industry professional such as GetUWired that can streamline the implementation.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

Having all features from Landing Pages, Campaign Automation to Checkout in one place limits the need for multiple different packages - before KEAP I was struggling to integrate and use 4 different packages to do the job that KEAP does with one program

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adaptability of Automations, once you know what you want KEAP can deliver

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the reporting features take a bit of learning - although reporting can be drilled down - you need to know what you want and how to create that

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you require more than a Customer Records Management system, and have a need for landing pages and Campaign Automations then try KEAP it is cost effective and saves having to learn multiple software applications

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

It's easier to use however it also lacks a sales landing page. Instead I needed to create an invoice to collect money for a product or program. I would think the product would be further along like other CRMs I've used.

No sales funnel or landing page to accept payments

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You'll need to also have a way to collect payments if you're using KEAP. It didn't have it yet.
