Single pane of glass. Agents don't need to keep dipping out into other software, this makes it easier to join everything together so that it works seamlessly with our needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
not much, it has continued to improve of the years

Invest the time to customise it, and get it to do what you need. It will be worth it!
