What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

Besides being good at handling Payroll needs, it also comes with benefit administration features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Justworks is more than a Payroll solution and offers more HR features It is an affordable and scalable software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes as Justworks has been useful with no much problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Justworks because it is affordable and handles most HR needs seamlessly.

It has more functions than I need, so can appear a bit complicated at times

Customer service is awesome. Benefit add-ons are great. Annual tax compliance is handled by JW.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very few third-party integrations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

JW should include third-party integrations for accounting, time tracking, point of sale systems and business operations
