What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Product works to move more than $5 Billion annually - we have choices and we use JSCAPE MFT on both Linux and Windows Platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support has been an issue for me. I don't want to waste time with Level 1 support and then wait for Level 2 and 3 to give me questions that they ask Level 1 to ask me. I'd love to qualify for a direct queue.
