What differentiates JSCAPE MFT Server from other similar products?

JScape is easy to use and to setup. Very intuitive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The versatility to setup multiple protocol connections to clients and from.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lacking some logging information on the GUI on what the underlying system is doing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend this product as it's very easy to setup on any system. It has a lot of "all-in-1" features that allow clients the flexibility to connect via various protocols to jscape. Additionally, the automation "Triggers" part of the platform is very intuitive and flexible enough to setup complex but simplified flows using the build in GUI Trigger setup.

Not applicable in my experience because I didn't try similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and support that helps resolve issues, as well as blogs that demonstrate previous questions that were answered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Absence of live call/chat support, but it might just be the package the company chose for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about all potential use cases and make sure that it's going to improve current processes, as I believe it is a bit pricey.
