What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?
Our company decided to use Jobber on a daily basis due to the need we had to organize our projects. As a company that works directly from home, we needed a tool that would help us organize each of the tasks in a practical way, and at the same time allow us to receive payments, send quotes and also maintain constant direct contact with our customers, allowing us to obtain greater workflows in shorter periods of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer service is one of the most outstanding features of the tool, providing better results as it maintains a client-contractor feedback, which provides confidence and security in the projects. It is important to be able to assign tasks individually to specific technicians for each task, quickly and effectively. It is important to know which customers keep calling us for their needs, this tool allows us to review that history and thus we can give better offers to our customers with greater loyalty.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface despite being quite fluid does not seem to us so aesthetically striking, we believe it can and should take a leap of modernity in its architecture. The price is usually a drawback as it is a little more expensive than its competitors, however, the tool works quite well. Sometimes it generates an error to be able to export the invoices of payments that have been received through the tool, but it has been possible to solve it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jobber has given us a lot of help in the development of our company, however, it should optimize some parts of the tool such as aesthetics, improve functionality at times, its customer service is quite good. The price is still one of the points that are most considered, we believe that they could offer other types of plans that are more adapted to the realities of companies today, however, Jobber seems to be the leading tool in the market in this area, as it adheres quite well to the processes of the companies.

Jobber, perfect software for our field employees

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?
We use this program to keep track and order of all out-of-office jobs. Our sales agents easily use it to make an on-site estimate, review existing inventory, know the route to the job and many other functions. In my case I can access the work of the employees, know where they are located and what they billed, quickly and conveniently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I improve sales a lot, since the salesmen do not need information from the office to do the job, because they have everything in the software. It has an appointment control, where we can schedule the work to be done and establish with the client the best schedule. Task management is easy to use and you can quickly assign the task and priority.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the system is simple to use, it can be overwhelming if you have a lot of clients. The way the application is designed, it makes it look much more complicated than it really is. I wish it had the option to not turn off GPS, this way I would always know the location of workers in the field.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Undoubtedly this program improved sales, because we were able to make field employees feel more independent to perform work at home and to successfully close sales. It is the perfect software for all companies that perform work at home and the ideal way for the worker to be more productive in their day.

Jobber is perfect for home invoicing

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?
This is a software that I use to keep up to date the work I do at home. I like it because it is very easy to use on my cell phone and I can quickly make invoices and charge customers without delay. I can also keep track of all the work done, as well as add notes to remind me of important incidents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows easy access to the customer database as well as the database of the costs we manage, so I can make a budget quickly from wherever I am. Also its invoicing system is easy to use, which saves me a lot of time, and the client can pay quickly after the work is finished.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to customize more the forms that we employees use, since there are different jobs that are performed, so it does not make sense to fill in some mandatory fields that are not in my area. The program can be a bit cumbersome, even the phone slows down a bit when using it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Undoubtedly this is the perfect software for all companies that have salespeople or home workers, as it will make the work of budgeting and invoicing and payments much easier. I think it is a very easy to use software, very practical and useful for my work, so I highly recommend it.
