So many more bells and whistles for Salesforce than other ETL tools.

The automation, the mapping logic, the repeatability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Set up and education could be more intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the free version until you are comfortable with it and know it's limitations, so that you will be able to make a business argument as to why to move up to the paid version.
