What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is one of the best Project Management software in the market. It is super innovative and helps increase productivity and efficiency by a great deal. The data analytics tools are also great!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The filters and advanced filters feature by Jira is absolutely great! It helps categorising tickets/incidents/alerts as per requirements and manage them in a smooth and efficient manner. These filters and other gadgets can be added to the dashboards which are also customisable. These can be used to analyse day to day data of the project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not many major cons of using Jira. One thing that can be improved is their notification system. Currently there is no sound option that can be enabled, which would indeed be very helpful when you are required to be alerted about high priority tickets immediately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is definitely a great software especially for support based projects. It provides a wide range of features and tools to manage your tickets/alerts/incidents and is very efficient is streamlining the project.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It helps us to keep our applications and software in proper functioning, it is a great tool for small and large companies that sell software and mobile applications, helping them to ensure that the software designed, have a proper functioning at all times and customers are always satisfied.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflow is very good, because it updates by itself, automatically all the errors and incidents that it can detect in the software. It also has a roadmap that is very useful to be able to keep an order with all the projects and pending updates, making the work go much faster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve is quite high, it has some functions and tools that have been difficult to learn to use, to get the most out of the program and its interface is very unintuitive, its design tends to confuse and has not been very easy to learn to use. Although it has been worth the effort to learn it because it has generated many advances in the department.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

At first this software can be overwhelming, especially for people with little knowledge in the area, but once you adapt to all the functions, JIRA is a program that you can get the most out of for software development and programming. Highly recommended by our entire team.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira tool is used to monitor our development activities and agile flow. It is simple to utilize for basic functions and very configurable. The fundamental agile flow is quite easy to utilize, and it integrates well with Bitbucket, that we have been using for code management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilized Jira the entire time to communicate with other colleagues while creating our company website. It enabled me to take out the intermediary, allowing me to complete the task more quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system might feel overly configurable sometimes, and the processes could be difficult to install. It's really not the most visually appealing platform I've used, however they’re always upgrading the UI, therefore I believe this to be fewer of a problem in coming years.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check that none of your other apps include a comparable function such that you wouldn't overburden yourself. Jira is excellent for easy managing projects in our company, and so we'll remain using it for such purpose.
