What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It's very easy to use, clear ticket management system via the Kanban board as well, compared to other systems.As

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an admin, I can configure other user's permissions as well as certain fields etc very easily. It did not take me long at all to get used to the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the reporting leaves a lot to be desired and could certainly be worked on. I find it quite clunky to use and export.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a basic ticket and issue management software, there are not many better.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Built in integrations with Attlasian product run seamlessly. Task grouping and linking also work very well. Made it easy to relate each task with other respective card as history management. Task assigning and reporting also work well and notify well. The ease of integrating new field add a whole easier task achievement management easily by using their JQL.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Custom field creation. Easy to use link between tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Attachment upload sometimes misbehaves, especially regarding large size image. Mobile version is barely bearable to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If mobile first you priority, I am sure there are other options for you. But if you mainly use desktop this tool is great. Manage your field well and it will save times when later down the line you need to calculate member KPI/OKR easily.
