What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

I am more confident in Jira than other tools because it's methodology is so vast that I will never miss anything regarding important tickets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In a complex and complicated work environments especially in the multinationals, having a tool like Jira to create, monitor, and hopefully solve our epics&stories is an amazing capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the tool gives error because we couldn't add a file to a ticket and it bothers all the operations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend to excel in this tool because it's it's more or less where you can create tickets and monitor them to get things done.
