What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira facilitates its users to work under highly customizable conditions to accomplish multifaceted development cycles. Its deep integration with external sources makes it a great choice to deal with all aspects of the ALM process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an affordable and reliable ALM. I appreciate the way it is providing services. Its fully-customized capabilities help us to work on variety rather than on a specific margin. Its seamless integration gives rise to the extensive ecosystem to deal with development processes. Its real-time reporting and the customized interface give us a transparent view of our progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It demands a higher understanding and experience to deal with during setup. Its user interface is not intuitive enough to save time and cause confusion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take full advantage of its integration features for cohesive workflow and to enhance productivity. To understand it smoothly, start working with its out-of-the-box features for its basics.
