What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira is best project , time, app lifecycle management Tool, It has number of unique features which makes JIRA differ from others. - We can manage Project , Time and Health of project. - Sprint planning - Velocity and burndown chart
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jira has number features which i liked most, I am going to explaining few. - Project planning - Creating and managing sprint(Story creating, assigning,managing , tracking) - Tracking the time invested in sprint - Track and manage the status of project . - Bug tracking and assigning to respective person - Details backlog report with chart - Integration with other apps becomes easy like bitbucket, firebase - Analyze the project health and performance with the help of velocity and Burndown chart
What do you dislike most about this product?
Jira is doing great as project management tool. I don't have any dislike till now.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For Jira i have some recommendation which i felt , - if we have install application in mobile app and someone change or update JIRA ticket, we missed the notification, - NOTIFICATION SHOULD NOT BE MISSED.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
1) Jira is free to use for a team up to 10 people 2) excellent integration with the documentation system and version control system 3) top-level sprint management 4) flexible workflow customization 5) easy administration and optimized basic default settings
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sprint planning has never been so easy for me
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not always intuitive how the feature works, but the developers are constantly improving UX
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do not be afraid to try it, well, listen to scary stories about the bulkiness and clumsiness of this product. It all depends on how you set it up. Just try!

Jira keeps the ticketing system in order

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Since we have had Jira Service management in the office, everything has been going great because the ticketing system, complaints and incident reports are better distributed and customers are much more satisfied with the responsiveness we provide.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The work tracking management has been very useful, we have been able to see the work we do and the way we carry it out, to make improvements and corrections. The problem tracking management has also benefited us, since we can follow up on the reports we receive from our clients until they are resolved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The design and layout of the main panel, with its many functions in sight, can be confusing, which makes it a bit slow to learn. The tickets could be generated a little faster, as currently there are many steps to create them. The complete installation of all the software, including the programs that are integrated, can be cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although it has a steep learning curve, this is one of the most complete software for customer service, incident reporting and ticket generation. Once the agent has the proper knowledge to run the program, customer service will be very easy.
