Jira is a very useful and valuable tool.

Likeliness to Recommend

7 /10

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is unique among software because it helps businesses improve their project management procedures and workflows, increase team engagement and communication, and more accurately track and report on performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira's biggest strength is the breadth and depth of its feature set, as well as its adaptability to your team's particular needs. Jira is a comprehensive project management tool that allows users to create user stories, tasks, and subtasks, plan sprints, and delegate work to team members. In addition, the application offers a wide variety of dashboards and visualizations for tracking your project's progress in real time. Using this function saves time and makes it easier to solve problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Particularly for inexperienced teams, the initial setup process can be a maze of moving parts. Jira's strong functionality is complemented by some more advanced capabilities that may call for technical knowledge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is excellent for tracking the progress of a project in real-time, which is why I advocate for its use. Members of the team can then make educated judgments and maximize their productivity as a result.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Trustworthy
  • Unique Features
  • Efficient Service

Jira provides fantastic opportunities for Agile

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

very specific opportunities for agile collaboration between development, test, and business teams. Particularly excellent is the connectivity to other tools like Concluence or Microsoft Devops. Superb technical ideas can be developed in conjunction with Confluence and implemented. Even the division into separate streams is very simple to achieve thanks to the abundance of available filters. Or, it is possible to create top-level management overviews and organize planning across various clusters and areas (using user stories and epics to link and connect planning activities). I prioritize all of my epics and user stories as a PO for completion

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For this reason, I have already committed to several sprints so that I can plan and approve user stories and epics that have certain dependencies within the context of PI Planning. We refine this planning once more as a team in backlog refinements, and we have the immediate option to assign specific user stories to the upcoming sprint. As a result, we are both highly agile and capable of anticipating critical dependencies. Jira gives teams and even individual employees the ability to structure content, i.e., to establish Confluence Protocols, maintain structured information in the form of, for example, tables, and organize other processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of any disadvantages at this time because up until this point, we were able to resolve everything that we needed to as a team. Aside from the fact that I can't access all of my devices as easily as I can with Trello, this is due to our company's firewall. Naturally, JIRA has its limitations as a system. Not all adjustments requests can be carried out immediately. Depending on the requirements one has for a particular process, this may naturally be the case for every single person in a different way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My projects are managed using Jira. That is, I first determine the phases of a project (thus creating the gaps) and then consider the tasks that must be completed and who is responsible for them in the second step. I create the timeline in the following step and enter a due date in the ticket. The main benefit is the ability to always see how a project is progressing and where it is currently at. In addition, one can register as a Watcher for tickets that are particularly pertinent to them in order to be notified when changes are made. Utilization occurs both within agile teams and is very effective for approving and rejecting the use.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It is very useful to manage all the tickets and Change request , it keeps track of the logged hours and tracking of the application is very easy in JIRA

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a user i feel very helpful when JIRA allows me to clone the tickets, i do not have to do the manual work every time. JIRA is very helpful in cloning and managing tickets

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime when we clone the tickets it take the by default name as wrong . we should enhance the product so that it should clone the ticket with some unique sensible name.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone is developing any application and wants to keep track of defects and tickets then this is the best tool so far available in the market.
