What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It's Atlassian parent integrations make the entire package with Confluence great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

field tags and customizations are extensive

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires good configuration to work best and is not great out of the box

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a must have for any software company.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The user interface is better, actions are visible so you always know what to do and makes collaboration and visibility easy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how if a task is taking long to complete you can change the sprint so everyone knows whats happening

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to learn how to use it its not that intuitive, took me a while to understand the difference between an epic and a subtask

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

provide more training materials, like when Setting up a new project. You have to click through so many screens to find how to set up issues.
